Finally, you want to prove that it’s completely possible to have an amazing user experience with your app, but you don’t want to come off like a used car salesman – overly pitchy, using high-pressure tactics and sounding disingenuous. Cite reviews by users at the right moment in your description – when they are relevant and on topic. The more authentic and natural sounding they appear, the more a user will be convinced an actual person enjoyed your app and just had to tell someone about it. Additionally, you want to be sure that you don’t use any testimonials that make references to other apps. Have your app stand on it’s own two feet and it will seem wholly innovative and powerful – even if you were inspired by another similar app!
